We also have a close up of the Suicider, one of the last Special Infected Zombies to be revealed. You’ll also notice a few exposed ribs ready to give you a  quick poke on the Zombie on the right. We Dead Island Fans have sliced and diced the preview to bring you the hard facts. Yes you can chop off Zombies legs so they stop running at you. Aggressive Zombies that run at you from several meters away. Those are best dealt with by chopping off their legs and then beating them to death The preview is filled with tactics on how to take down different types of enemies.
